It took three ranges to get one that operated correctly. The first one had an internal gas leak, the second had a burner that was either on or off. No adjustment. The third works perfectly. The spatial oven will be easy to keep clean and the racks slide smoothly. The top burners offer a wide range of temperatures and the cast iron grate allows pots to be moved around easily. What I can’t say enough about is Best Buy’s service. They stand behind their products and handled the return and replacements most professionally. The installers were efficient and new what they were doing. They even wiped the wheels of their dolly before coming across our carpet. Customer service followed up each incident. I would certainly recommend them

They were very professional and answered my questions with knowledge. I would recommend there services. I Love this Gas Range that was coveted into propane. Hopefully, i will not ever need another stove again, this one is perfect.

Appliance delivered, FINALLY....no show on original date for install, but got delivered the next week and finally installed 2 weeks later....but, those issues are probably another review. This was a 3rd party installer hired by Best Buy, not a Geek Squad installer. Installation went smoothly once the "kit" was located; installer had to come out 2 separate days, only to find the kit was IN the oven! The range works well so far. We gave 4 stars because the installation seems to have been done correctly....the appliance is working with no issues. We would have given a 1 star for the whole process of getting item delivered, days of waiting for delivery/install, and issues before actual install.....we PAID for the convenience of having a professional install on an appointed date, and we certainly didn't get that! We are not recommending 3rd party installation of appliances. If it's not a trained Geek Squad installer, have your appliance delivered or pick it up yourself and hire your own reputable installer to do the job. Best Buy may have a few 3rd party installers that do a quality, professional job, but they draw from a hat, it seems. As for our draw on 4 installs....ultimately using 5 installers....we were 2 for 5!

The installers were nice and knew what they were doing but when they realized that the LP hose and connector (that Best Buy recommended) would not fit my LP connection they said they'd have to come back. I understand the policy on not re-using parts, so I drove to 3 different stores as quickly as I could and found a compatible connector. I wish they'd carry some of these smaller items or kits with them for situations like this. Nice guys and they didn't leave a single scratch on my floor.

Great item service for installation was good. Only thing is to make sure you know you need to convert for propane!

Stove is great, just what I wanted. 1st delivery came damaged , but was installed cuz my old one was removed before damage discovered, and had to be replaced. Waited a month for replacement.

This LG gas range has met all my expectations so far. Great flame control. The oven is very good also. The gas covers however are not easy to clean.

Bought my new gas range….works great…oven heats up really fast! Even heating when baking! Top grill is easy to clean!

They did a great job on the installation, everything works great. They were kind and considerate during the installation. We did find it amusing that 1 installer was insistent the broiler was a warming drawer. I suppose it could work that way…

My installer came and got the stove converted and hooked up in a short amount of time.

From being back order, I ordered 4 prod, this was the first delivery and the only one that came out great. It went down hill from there, the 2nd crew with the fridge refuses to install the fridge because he doesn’t want to remove the four handle. Then he dented the fridge and fad to reschedule, what a waste of my day. The next one transposed my phone number and said they couldn’t deliver because they couldn’t get a hold of me. The next one left my old fridge in my living room because they ran out of time. Poor tine and customer management. They need to get rid of Megan the customer service manager. She doesn’t know how to resolve the situation. She hangs up on me and call the technician to ask him to leave out of spike. The starts are for this 1st attempt only, all other deliveries doesn’t worth 2/2 a star

very nice range oven with great features. fabian and Sebastian who did propane conversion and installation were excellent my one complaint is that stove top burners do not adjust to make a small flame great look. easy to clean

I love it best stove i have ever owned i just love everything about it it looks great in my kitchen and everything cooks faster and in less time its great

Best Buy team narrowed delivery/install window ahead of service. Very nice young man came, delivered, installed, performed the required LP conversion, function tested, and answered all questions within scheduled time. It was very obvious he cared about the quality of the install, displaying more than adequate concern and effort to do so without any collateral damage. He was pleasant to work with, cleaned up afterwards, and did so surprisingly quickly and efficiently. By having the complete install performed by the Best Buy team, I have full confidence in the install, and feel it was worth the cost.

I wanted my oven working when it was delivered, so I paid for the professional installation. The conversion to liquid propane kit was included as part of the purchase of the oven, so all that had to be done was change the natural gas fittings out and replace them with the propane fittings. There were no problems with the installation and everything is working fine, but even my installers were shocked that it cost me $250 just for that. Had to give it 3 stars on the price alone. Not that I checked, but I could have probably gotten one of the local propane dealers to have converted it for less than half the cost. I can only recommend this to a friend as a "last" resort or to save time and hassle.

Great gas range and oven. I love how fast I can cook an egg and boil water on the stove. Everything I bake in the oven heats all the way through without burning the top like my old electric oven. I never imagined a gas oven was this much better!!!

One of the guys was new, but overall they were personable and good to work with. They completed the installation in a neat and timely fashion. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Our gas range was installed this morning and what a great job the install team did! They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. Both men were professional, polite and positive. They were very careful removing the old range (not to scratch the floor, furniture or walls) and carrying up the new range, a flight of stairs. These ranges are very heavy, to say the least. They showed me how to use the range and I very much appreciated their help with learning about my new appliance. I am very happy with the work they did and will buy from Best Buy again!! Mahalo guys!!! I look forward to using my new gas range!

the product is great, but the service men that came were exceptional. He actually had to take a call while working on mine and the customer was just irrate with him and the service man treated him very respectfully and professionally and let him vent for over 20 minutes.

This gas range did not get installed, in the house, by Best Buy, because it was put into a house that was too, too, far away. But, Best Buy did deliver it to our closer drop off point, and, they did unpack it so we could inspect it. They also DID DO the conversion to propane for us, and, did a great job. That allowed us to confidently take the stove the rest of the way to its final destination, where my husband was able to do the install himself.
