Constant miscommunications and misinformation

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has not been installed yet and have received 112 emails, 101 texts and dozens of phone calls regarding the entire kitchen installation with conflicting dates, times and cancellations from Best Buy personnel. I ordered in August of 2020 and wanted it installed in December 2020.

The cook top burner nozzles were coded but not placed in the proper burners. The choke was not installed in the ultra-heat burner. He gave us misinformation as to why 3 of the 5 burners didn't function.

Not good customer service

Waited over a month to have the appliance delivered and set up a install date for the following week. They cancelled by email the day of and pushed it back for 2 weeks out. Called and told them it was not acceptable. They acted like they didn’t really care. Called someone else and had it done in 2 days.

Installers were ill-prepared

Where is my new stove?

He broke our new stove and then he broke the gas line on our old stove. He diffently did not know what he was doing. Our second tech was better but unable to fix the broken stove so Best Buy is sending us a new one. We just have not received it as of 10/06/2021

So upset with installation service

My wife had to call off meeting to attend them. They didn’t bring accessories that the manual says they are included. Hoses wrongly placed: hot water hose with cold tap and cold water hose with hot tap. I sent messages to do correct installation, but no reply from them. So upset, I’m willing to stop buying at Best Buy.

Installation took long and didn’t clean after hims

It is returned because no one seems to know what they are doing. I want a refund on range and tech care. I will never do business with you again.

Crappy Service and Installation

I bought the gas range installation but will now have to install it myself. No apologies, let alone refunds.

It appeared that the orifice was overtightened at the factory.

Don’t waste your money.

Showed up with a mini van that could not tow the trailer that the appliances were in. Had to get tow straps and haul my own appliances. Delivery and install is a JOKE.
