The installer was very polite. My delivery was very late, and when they finally came they didn’t have the correct size adapter for my gas line.. after 3 trips to the local hardware store they found the piece s they needed. How ever the range doesn’t go back into place where it belongs. The fittings they used stick out of the wall and hit the back of the range not allowing it to slide in correctly. And the installation paperwork shows an anti tip device that when I looked after they left, was not installed and wis not even there. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN AND ELDERLY. We will be contacting, or hopefully this rating will trigger a response from Bestbuy. I guess I will have to eat it, and call a plumber…

Very clean and professional. The two guys that made the delivery and hookup were fantastic.

Contractor used by Best Buy was excellent and efficient. Delivery came ahead of time. The installation required converting the unit from natural gas to propane. The installer was experienced and efficient. Unit came with conversion kit. Best Buy had the option of having a technician do the conversion. Others left if up to the buyer to hire someone to do the conversion. Nice to include the installation with the purchase.

He did take away the old stove and let me clean up under it and around before he put in the new stove and I thanked him much for letting me do that. He must have hooked it up well as everything works well.

Ronnie is an excellent installer. I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable and careful. Because our first oven didn't work out for us, he came to our house twice. I wouldn't hesitate to have him return should I need his services a third time.

The installation of the new gas range was awesome. The technicians showed up 1.5hrs early. Had the LP conversion completed and the unit installed in no time. Courteous, efficient, and professional technicians.

The installers were not the Geek squad. One didn't speak English the other was ok. They were quick and efficient but not very careful when removing the old appliances.

After reading reviews & watching videos on how to convert natural gas to LP on the LG gas dryer model DLGX7601WE, I decided to pay the $250 to have a professional do the conversion. Initially there were a few problems with the scheduling but I have to say, the delivery guys were really nice and the other crew that came out to convert and install were awesome. Thank you to Ben & his crew from Coleman Worldwide Moving for being so patient and working late to complete the conversion & installation. I'm enjoying my new LG washer & dryer.

The stove we bought is great. My wife loves how it cooks and bakes. The middle burner makes the pancakes and eggs and bacon. My wife loves baking in the oven. Cakes come out perfect. Keeping it clean easy for me. Wish we bought this stove much earlier.

They did a good job. The guys were professional and did it quick and clean.

the product is great, but the service men that came were exceptional. He actually had to take a call while working on mine and the customer was just irrate with him and the service man treated him very respectfully and professionally and let him vent for over 20 minutes.

Installation went OK and was basically necessary because i have a propane line for gas, but I just found out (when I moved the stove to clean around/behind that they never installed an anti tip device, which I believe is mandatory and was supposed to be included.

Despite initial misunderstandings as to the scope work required to bring electric and propane gas connections up to date, the actual work wend surprisingly smooth. The installation team, lead by David of Quality Kitchens, Inc., did a superb job. All work, including installation of new outlet, rerouting of gas line, upgrading breaker, and conversion to propane were completed to our satisfaction promptly and professionally. Crew is to be commended for their skills and knowledge of the product and code requirements.

The two Geek Squad professionals worked together as an efficient team , each having different duties to deliver, prepare the site, install, remove the old appliance, and thoroughly clean-up before they left. I looked forward to their services to install the dishwasher once it is received for installation.

Stove works excellent, the best one I’ve seen in a long time! The temperature is exactly what it’s supposed to be, instead of me trying to guess how much to lower cause it’s too hot and the thermostat if not calibrated properly!

Life saver. This amazing company came in and fixed the mess that the previous installer did. I cannot remember the name of the initial installer to make everyone aware, but I do remember that the name had “brothers” in it. They were horrible. This company however, took there time and made sure the conversion from natural to propane a breeze. I took Best Buy over 2 months to make this happen.
