The service men who brought and installed my new gas oven. They converted it from natural gas to propane quickly, and took away my old oven for the scrap heap. They were friendly and informative. And it was really cool to watch them carrying the ovens on the strap, which apparently causes fewer scratches than a dolly.

First team did not get the job done and I had to hire a plumber to change a fitting that they should have been able to handle costing me $140 out of pocket. The second team was awesome.

We were impressed by the professionalism of the crew as well as the care and concern they showed while installing our new stove and conversion lp kit.

When I purchased the stove I was told that the propane gas convarsion kit is going to come with the unit, but when we open the Box the parts were missing. The stove has not been installed and we have not been able to use it for over a month.

Great install. Delivery guy was super nice and did a great jon explaining features when he was done.

Install went smoothly and the technician was very informative. He helped set everything up and communicated well throughout the install. Showed up well within the arranged time.

What a luxury to have our new gas range converted to Liquid Propane by a pro. Robert was very professional and efficient. He moved out our old range, quickly adapted the new range pilots to LP and then he installed....all by himself! Robert was also friendly and accommodating to our tight little kitchen. Thank you!

The installation went perfectly. The installer arrived just as a pretty heavy snow was just beginning. Although he had a long way to travel home he did not hurry. He gave a great demonstration of our new range and made sure we were comfortable with it before he left. Total professional!

My new gas range was delivered and installed by “On Time Delivery Delivery” of Orlando. These guys were great, A little nervous because we were installing a gas range but they were experts and triple checked every connection and operation of all burners and the oven.

The two individuals who converted my new Samsung gas range from natural gas to propane, completed the installation, and removed my old range were competent, quick, efficient, friendly and careful about not marring the floor or walls. I couldn't have been happier with their service.

The installers knew exactly what to do and took extra care to make sure nothing was dsmaged. They were very quick and left everything very ckean and ready to use. They snswered any questions we and completely and satisfactorily.

Good product. The functions are daily accessible. Five burners are well designed. One negative is the lack of a back light making difficult reading of various functions against a black background. Installation went smoothly. The oven needs to be leveled. The burners need adjustment.

The installation was prompt, professional and they clean up everything when they leave. Best Buy has contracted with a winner. We've had 4 items installed by this same guy.

I had to reinstall the stove. The first one didn’t go well. I wasn’t confident in the first installers. This review is on the Second installers. 30 years experience. Handled the install professionally and corrected the issues from the first install. Very polite and precise.

Service crew installed new range, and changed out natural gas orifice on all burners with propane (LP) orifice fittings, including the oven. They tested all burners and oven to check the operation of each one, everything worked fine.

The young men who installed the propane line and set up the stove were true professionals and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use their services again. They did a hard job in terrific time and I haven't had any problems. Thank you!

The third party installer was very professional in every way.Steve was very knowledgeable and had all the tools to get the job done!!!!

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our new gas range also installed our microwave oven and our dishwasher. With a job that big, I was expecting them to be here for most of the afternoon. However, they were so efficient they finished in a surprisingly short time. They also hauled away our old appliances and cleaned up the area. We were very pleased with their service.
