They were actually a week earlier than scheduled. Polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the results.

The installers did a great job! They cleaned up everything and were very nice. They did a great job hooking everything up and everything works perfectly.

The Best Buy installer took his time when converting our new range from gas to propane. He said that he was very aware of the potential dangers of incorrect installation and checked everything over thoroughly. We are still here. ;-)

The installer came in and did his installation magic and was out in 20 minutes. Very impressed with his management skills.

Very happily the conversion went well. Lp gas is blue at all burners.

Very good appliance’s. We are very happy with our products from Best Buy. We were not happy about the service men that couldn’t install our range and had to pay a plumber to install them. They did not feel comfortable doing it with the line that was already in our home,. So we understood that to a point, but the plumber said that there was no reason that they couldn’t do the job.

this installer was good and the rest of the delivery process was crap...I would like the original gas jets replaced in case I move. I doubt anybody off importance to the company will contact me as you seem to want to kiss it off to out of country services, good luck surviving with this poor service

Installers put range together in driveway, installed the tip safety part and gave the the initial instructions on heating the oven. They cleaned up after. Installation went well.

The installation went smoothly and was done professionally. There was great care that all the steps were done right. Very happy with everything done.

The technicians who came to install the range were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They proceeded with the conversion to propane gas but found out the conversion kit did not have the correct orifice packaged for the oven. This created a problem where we were able to use the burners but not the oven. I was very disappointed. Imagine getting a new appliance and not being able to use it for another week while a new orifice was found and the service could be rescheduled. This was not the fault of the technicians but rather Best Buy who was absolutely no help.

Professionals and very COVID safe. They double checked all the burners to make sure they were all properly adjusted before signing off.

Best Buy kept sending people that were not aware of how to properly connect propane to my double oven. After many tries and even calling the oven defective, we got the last and final rep. I forget his name but he knew his stuff. I am very appreciative of his professionalism and knowledge. Wish we got him the first time! Love, love, love my new oven!
