The install crew was top notch. They were on time. Worked quickly. Did a great job.

Installer arrived within designated time window, converted the unit to liquid propane, and installed the required anti-tipping device in short order.

The Geek Squad members were great at their job.... They handled every thing even when they found a piece was missing... They figured out how to handle the job even though it meant they'd have to be here longer then estimated... One went to pick up the missing part at the Lowes store, while the other two stayed and got the stove all ready for the switch over... When the first man got back the stove was already to be hooked up... Only took about 15 minutes to finish the job.... They were very polite and helpful in letting me know what was being done...

I paid for professional installation it was expensive but worth it I do not have to worry about anything now

As far as I know it was done good and right. They seemed to know what they were doing.

Clean, fast, knew their stuff. Explained what the were doing and why. I usually handle the installs myself. Never again. worth every penny.

Did not check for gas leaks.Had to have them return a few days later to repair gas leak

Install guys were fantastic! Fast and efficient. Took great care to clean up and made sure to explain the bells and whistles.

When we converted to gas from electric we can only get propane, not natural gas. This conversion kit installed easily and works well.

I used installation for my gas range since it was connected to propane. What can I say…pretty dry. It’s connected.

It was a smooth conversion from what I could tell. The gentleman who installed it seem to be very knowledgeable.

The installation was quick and the installer knew what to do and cleaned up after himself and took all the extra boxes and waste with him.

The install technicians were quick and efficient and left me the Nat Gas Orifices should we ever need them.

The first installer could not install the range so a second install was scheduled. The second installer could not install the range either because the conversion was broken (either it was broken to start with or the first installer busted it). So I had to order a replacement range. The replacement range was supposed to be delivered on the 12th but something happened and they rescheduled it for the 13th. On the 13th they called me because they had lost the range, it was not at the warehouse nor with the installers. The installation was then rescheduled for the 20th. Then it was rescheduled for the 23rd because they still could not find the range. On the 18th I got a call from BestBuy saying that something was wrong with the order and that I had to start a new order from the beginning. I had been very patient but that was the end. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to get a full refund for the range and for the TotalTech subscription. The problem was that they could not cancel the order nor refund me because the range was still marked as "in transit" and therefore nothing could be done (I was at the Northgate store on the 20th, they called the back end office to try to override it but nothing could be done). Someone finally came on the 23rd and took the range from the house. After a while I got a refund. Needless to say, this is probably the worst shopping experience I have had.
