These are heavy duty. Up and down movement with pitch adjustment. Perfectly stable and resist vibration. Highly recommend. 10 minute setup.

I bought these for putting computer speakers on. They are very very heavy duty metal and work well. I'd highly recommend these for anyone looking to raise computer speakers!!!
