We are quite pleased with our new GE microwave. Being compact it fits on the counter and under cabinets. Best is that it is easy to operate, We have tried another brand twice and found it to fail in less than a year in both instances. We expect the GE product to be around our house for a long time.

I bought this microwave because it is smart and works with amazon alexa. I know someone reading this has gotta be concerned about their kid running your microwave all night from the alexa in their bedroom. Well... you'll be happy to hear that alexa will ignore the request to start the microwave if the microwave door has not been opened recently. I thought this was a great feature. And yes it does work with alexa, everytime, have not had to reconnect it.

Works great, came fast, looks good in my brand new kitchen. Only thing is the steam can show in the middle of the glass as seen in the picture

Aside of looking so modern in stainless steel and black, it has many features including WiFi Connect (which I haven’t tried yet). It works great! The only thing is that the beeping sound when it’s done or your timer is done is not loud enough. I need to hear it in the next room. If I have the exhaust fan on, I barely hear it. That’s my only complaint. I do recommend this microwave.

Needed a smaller microwave. Fits perfectly and still has plenty of power.

Certified Excellent, from Best Buyz. Perhaps, they missed the back right corner foot, when inspecting the microwave? Anyway, I rigged the foot to stay in place for the time being, hook up to WiFi took one hour, and it works just fine. I have enjoyed the “30-second Bump” Button. I do not like the notification to my phone whenever the microwave finishes cooking anything at all.

Microwave works great. Connects to the internet for voice control

Not as pricey as many other microwaves but still has a lot of features. Purchased because of space requirements and it works and functions like we hoped. Clean design and very functional. Warms food like a larger microwave would. Greta value for the money.

For a small, lower wattage countertop microwave, I am very pleased. We purchased it to replace an LG countertop that went bad after less than a year (magnetron bit the dust). This microwave has more features and works much better for a better price. It even works with Alexa, however I have not set up that feature. I haven’t found a need for using the smart features. This little unit is small but mighty, a great option if you’re limited on space. It has a turntable that is large enough for a standard dinner plate, a light, and is easy to clean. The interior height isn’t much, but enough for a bag of popcorn.

works fine it's a little louder when it's on than my old one but it heats up food and coffee just fine, the front panel does not light up when using so I have to turn on the kitchen light to see the buttons

We have had this smart microwave about two weeks and I don't remember how I got along without it. I microwave many times daily for beverages and dinner. The WiFi, Alexa, and app setup were pretty easy. I can tell Alexa to control the microwave while I am cooking or handling other things. She will not activate the microwave if the door has not opened recently, a good failsafe to keep you from running it while empty. So far, I have used it on high, different power levels, defrost, and popcorn settings, and all have worked wonderfully. The automatic popcorn setting is PERFECT! I have also used the Scan to Cook feature several times also. Very convenient when a product has complicated heating instructions. It did not recognize one product thus far but that is all. I have the optional notifications turned on in the app, so it tells my phone each time the microwave has stopped. This does not bother me, but some people might find it annoying. It has cut down on the number of times I forget my coffee and have to re-warm it, so I find it helpful! The machine itself also makes a reminder tone after a minute or so if you forget your drink. My only, extremely minor complaint is, if you want to select an odd amount of time, like 45 seconds, you have to press the Cook Time button first, then the numbers. My previous GE model let me hit the number pad and Start. This model has preset buttons for Add 30 Seconds and one minute, so it's mostly one-touch anyway. And if you use a smart assistant, it's not even an issue!

We needed a microwave that had a small footprint for our kitchen counter. This unit works great, even tho we were used to our old 1100 watt model, the GE really performs. The oven is quiet and cooks everything evenly. I was able to pair it with our Alexa to control the oven remotely. I just wish the controls were back lit. I highly recommend this microwave.

We picked this microwave out because of its size and cost. They only had one in inventory. The microwave fits perfect in the designated spot and seems to handle everything that we have needed to use it for. The only things we are not happy with are the numbers/time settings are not lit up and therefore you can’t see them and it is hard to find the right pressure and spot on the numbers/times to enter the procedure to start the microwave to work.

Great value for the price. Nice size for a dorm. Plenty of power and also has wifi.

Love this microwave. Replaced a 20yr ild countertop unit that finally failed. We don't use the wifi aspect but that can be turned off/disabled. Plenty of power and easy to keep clean inside.

I bought this as a gift for my legally blind father. He had sticky rubber feet on certain buttons on his old microwave but that limited him to set amount of cook time combinations. He is very good with Alexa and I bought this microwave mainly for the Alexa compatibility. It was easy to set up and link to his Alexa account. Now he just tells Alexa how long to cook for and can also set different power levels and such. He loves it so far.
