    Only had this for a month now and it seams to be a nice microwave. Its a little loud when it first starts up but quiets down after a few seconds. Had a issue one time where we could not get it to turn on it kept saying food when pressing the on button but i think it was just a learning curve. Has not happen since.

    We got rid of our built in microwave for one to put on the counter instead. I miss the soft-close of our old microwave. This one opens and closes super easily, so it can results in a loud bang. Also, the top of it is SO scratched up. Any little things that brushes on top of it will scratch.
