    I picked this up at store. I do say the Geek Squad and fellow in appliances were very helpful. Both had the same name. I do not like the way you do business as I wrote a check and you put credit on a credit card I don't want and won't just send me the refund of all.

    The clock works, and it melted butter for popcorn! 4 out of 5 for a hundred dollar micro because online chat suggested we could recycle dead micro at the store when we picked up new micro. Store refused to recycle old micro. New micro melted butter like a champ. Woohoo! We'll have to drive, again, to another location to recycle micro.
