    Our first choice was a different brand which we had to return...twice! At first we thought we were going to have to return this one as well. After going online for the users manual, I was able to troubleshoot the problem and it's working great. If there is anything I dislike about this purchase, it's GE being too cheap to include the use and care manual with it.

    As would happen, our microwave went out just after shelter in place order went into effect. We found just what we wanted at Best Buy, and the pick up process could not have been easier. We pulled up, they put it in the trunk & away went went. Zero contact. I give microwave and Best Buy 5 stars each!

    Built to last I got this on discount because it was open but it’s has been 6 mouths and still no issues I recommend to reheat or for popcorn
