It is easy to operate, the only drawback I have found so far is that the door is very "stiff". I mean the whole microwave wants to move when you push on the door handle. I'm hoping that will change as it is used.

My first lasted about 6 years then a switch in the door safety loop hung up and caused the fuse to break. Ordered switch. Picked up a new one at best buy. Now i have 2. Small powerful and pretty decent looking makes this a nice unit.

They all have their flaws, but this one seems to work great. Only reason why I gave it a 4 is because the buttons can be hard to see, and it hums a little louder than previous ones I’ve owned. Otherwise, works great!

It has all the features you need and is surprisingly very quiet. While it is not the most powerful microwave, food cooks great within the timelines given on the food's cooking directions.

No point of buying a "smart" microwave or at least for myself it's not totally worth it and the one I bought works for my needs whenever I need to use it.
