Also, sometimes if you close the door it just says “food” and you have to open and then shut it again to start it back up.

The carousel would turn with a jerk, if at all. I became afraid to use it. The manufacturer told me to go to the vendor. The vendor told me it had been longer then 2 weeks, and referred me to The Geek Squad. After over and hour on the phone with various departments, they dropped my call. I am not a satisfied long-time customer. The quality of the customer care is my greatest complaint. They continually passed the responsibility or denied it. They did not stand behind the merchandise they sold.
