    Since this is our 2nd one, as the 1st one quit working for no reason, I'm not sure how to rate it. We'll see if this one works longer than the other one (less thank 6 months)

    Hope this model of GE microwaves doesn't give any problem. My last one broke down beyond repair after 10 months of use. The company issued the gift card immediately to facilitate replacement but obviously i was bound to buy none other but a GE microwave, again. If the new one doesn't live up to my expectations, then my trust in GE is gone. Best of luck, GE!
