    The microwave was not operating by January 20, 2024. We bought this machine in October 2023. Now, GE Warranty was still good, and they provided us with a certificate towards purchase of a new one. Make sure to fill out warranty information with GE when you buy product

    Bought this microwave a little over a year ago and it worked fine until it started acting weird the other day. First there was a weird burning plastic smell coming from the side of the unit, then the light wouldn’t turn on when you opened the door, then it would just beep randomly on its own. The next day, it just won’t power on at all. Maybe I just got a lemon, because it seems to have a lot of good reviews. But I can’t personally recommend this microwave, due to my experience.
