Purchased a GE microwave 2 years ago and loved the size, power, looks but it only lasted 2 years. Purchased another online and the first one we received didn't work, replacement one worked 3 days, returned it for full refund. Door would not close properly, seemed flimsy. Bought a different brand that was much heavier.

Nice mid size for your counter top. Flush plug. Like the all over white. Ease of use and more features than I will ever use.

While I liked the size and power of my previous microwave oven better, this has been a good replacement. Door open button seems to be made of cheaper quality and I worry about it holding up long term. There are almost too many cooking options to choose from.

Very good product. I was slightly disappointed to learned that it was a little smaller than it's predecessor. I chose this for a church that I work for because the old microwave of the same type lasted beyond it's years. I trust this one will be much the same. The price was reasonable also.

I do like this appliance, easy to use, great countertop size, and works well. No real instruction manual. Just a one page intro guide. For the price, it should have been included.

This microwave was the right size, color and had all the settings I wanted. It works great, fits on my counter perfectly, very happy with the purchase.

I have to get used to this microwave as it needs different time to cook or heat food compared to my last one. This one is less wattage than my last one; however, when I cooked Hot Pockets for the same amount of time as my last one, they burned. :-( Also, when you press the Beverage button on this one, it doesn't show you the time that it's set for (which I do NOT like). By using a timer, I learned that the Beverage button on this microwave heats for 2 minutes, which makes my cup of coffee way too hot! The beverage button on my last microwave told you that it was 1 minute and 20 seconds, which was perfect for my cup of coffee. I'm sure I'll get used to this one as time goes on.

Good solid unit. Light stays on when open and white interior makes it easier to clean than models from other manufacturers. Seems to heat stuff faster (less time) than our previous one, so others might want to be careful not tot overheat meals until you get used to it. Makes a very tiny ticking noise sometimes when rotating, but doesn't seem to affect anything. So far, very happy with new unit.

I like this microwave because it packs a lot of power in a compact space. Cooks food evenly and has a light that stays on if you want to check in on how your food looks.

This works great for my family, it is large enough to be useful for meal times but doesn't take up too much counter space and we got the features we wanted at an affordable price.

This is a great microwave for the size. It has the features of many of the larger built-in units and is larger capacity and has more power than many other countertop units

This GE microwave had 2 features I really wanted: I could see through the screen in the door and an interior light that stayed on while the microwave was running. The door did not shut tight about 50% of the time and it would not start until it was shut again. The interior light stopped working after about 2 weeks. I called GE and they made an appointment for someone to come to my house to fix it. No one showed up after I waited all afternoon for them. I called and was told this model would be replaced and not repaired. I emailed the info they requested and had to call again to get them to send me a Good Will Certificate to redeem they had promised to send when they received the requested paperwork. I have purchased a new microwave of the same model and now must send in the certificate and receipt to get my money back in 8 weeks. None of the above is explained at all in the warranty information that came with the microwave. Very disappointed!

This microwave has many one touch features I like such as three minute cooking just by pressing the 3. You can cook popcorn easily as well. It is great product at a good price.

Our LG microwave died after a year from purchase. This GE replacement microwave is much better than the LG and at a lower price to boot. Hey its not a "top of the line", fancy unit, but it does a great job with all the features we need.

Perfect size & power, this is my 3rd GE sensor oven they're perfect!!!!

Microwave looks good and fits well under our upper cabinets. Easy to use, although we have not yet used the various presets.

Color, dimensions, and power were perfect for our needs. It replaces a similar GE unit that we have been very pleased with.

Does all the operations I want it to do. Only downside is that door latch is starting to stick after only one month of use. However, it pops right out again as the door is closed.

I specified that I wanted a white microwave was because the placement was in a corner under cabinets with me looking intoa window so I couldn/t read the instructions. I realized later that I should have purchased one with a LED panel. I usually use the timer and cook or reheat in increments of 30 seconds. Once I put a half full of coffee and hit Beverages. The cup boiled over and I had a mess to clean up.
