Ordered a Cafe series and got a Profile model. Not sure what features I'm missing but feel like there shoud be a refund for lessor quality model.

I don't need a double oven except for a few times a year, but I need a Microwave everyday. This is a great solution - a microwave that can be that second oven on the few occasions that I need one. Love it!

This microwave was listed as Open Box "Excellent." We received it and opened it to install it and it looked like someone had thrown it across a room. The door was broken off, the bottom was dented and a wheel was broken off from the turntable inside and placed into the accessories bag, which only proved that this battery didn't happen enroute. I'll never buy an open box item from Best Buy again.

Good replacement microwave that fit the space available. As it's mounted under the counter, it's not convenient to find appropriate buttons so a top load microwave might have been a better option.

Inside is smaller than previous one tho' we were told it was the same, causes some problems. Takes longer to cook things, might be lower power tho' we were told it was the same. Unhappy that we had to order trim kit, feel you should have done that. Don't like kit as it is solid with no vents and is unattractive.

This unit fits well in my wall cabinet and was easy to install. The convection option is great as a second oven for entertaining.

This is a replacement for a previous GE microwave. The new microwave works as well or a little better than the old one. Only problem is learning all the new buttons and how to use them. Am very satisfied with the new one !!

I purchased this higher end (I thought) microwave because of the grilling and roasting features. I thought that would be a great feature to have along with the typical microwave. Well, the grilling and roasting features are horrible! Don't waste your money on this one. I will keep it until it dies for microwave only, sadly it doesn't do what it claims it can do.... Not a happy grandma this time :(

Microwave that can go both on the counter or under. Nice size, Not too big or small.

Can see my finger prints after use. Just wish it was finger print resistant

GE 1.5 cu ft mid-size microwave in stainless steel excellent for my purpose, I would buy again.

We have never bought a convection microwave and wish we had done so much sooner! It has made a difference preparing our meals at home! We are able to brown perfectly a lot of our meals ordinarily broiled in our stove!

Very nice new technology! It’s our first time to use this kind of brand GE. We hope that this microwave will last just like our old microwave.

This new microwave replace one that was still under warranty. This new microwave is even quieter than the one it replaced. Mainly, we are very pleased with the service from Best Buy.

I am excited to use the convection oven feature on the microwave.

The microwave portion cooks faster than other 1000 watt microwave ovens I have used in yhe past. I have not had the opportunity to operate the convection oven mode yet.
