This is a great solution - a microwave that can be that second oven on the few occasions that I need one. Love it!

As it's mounted under the counter, it's not convenient to find appropriate buttons so a top load microwave might have been a better option.

Open Box "Excellent"

We received it and opened it to install it and it looked like someone had thrown it across a room. The door was broken off, the bottom was dented and a wheel was broken off from the turntable inside and placed into the accessories bag, which only proved that this battery didn't happen enroute. I'll never buy an open box item from Best Buy again.

Takes longer to cook things, might be lower power tho' we were told it was the same. Unhappy that we had to order trim kit, feel you should have done that. Don't like kit as it is solid with no vents and is unattractive.

The new microwave works as well or a little better than the old one. Only problem is learning all the new buttons and how to use them. Am very satisfied with the new one !!

Looks great features not so much

I thought that would be a great feature to have along with the typical microwave. Well, the grilling and roasting features are horrible! Don't waste your money on this one. I will keep it until it dies for microwave only, sadly it doesn't do what it claims it can do.... Not a happy grandma this time :(

This new microwave is even quieter than the one it replaced. Mainly, we are very pleased with the service from Best Buy.

Great convection microwave!

It has made a difference preparing our meals at home! We are able to brown perfectly a lot of our meals ordinarily broiled in our stove!
