This was well served BUT I am having a horrible time getting my Samsung refrigerator ice maker fixed. I have been on hold 3 separate times for 1 hour with nothing but music. I really need someone to pay attention to this concern.

I've only been using this microwave for a few months but I'm really liking it so far. Both the microwave and the convection work great. Having both things is one unit is really convenient.

Well designed for easy use. Only problem is the center core that the plate sits on: it is not long enough and slides down in the opening and the plate won't turn. It needs constant adjusting.

We had one previously and the convection oven stopped working after 20 years. My wife really loves the oven, it works like the stove oven.

This is the only place we could find a white appliance. We are not interested in replacing the entire kitchen. It is more than we need - it has convection and some other bells and whistles we do not need.
