Expensive and i got two year warrenty period and exactly issue starting after two years After two years start giving issues and now not working

The front panel is hard to read unless you have flashlight sitting next to it.

Great microwave but learning curve is steep. You need to plan to read the manual. It’s beautiful and functional; just takes time if you want to use more than basic functions. Thank

I don’t cook and this is an awesome way to get a potato baked in about 10 minutes via the sensor that beeps you when it is done. You don’t even have to tell it how many minutes. Have not tried the grill yet but I think I will try making my own pitta

The removable rotating dish's rack with wheels arrived broken in half. I was finally able to contact GE directly to have it replaced.

This in-cabinet microwave is a great fit for the one we needed to replace. Much quieter too.

I purchased the first one with a warranty two years ago and this is the replacement after the original one went out. If you purchase, select the warranty - you may need it.

Worst microwave ever. We bought one of these when we redid our kitchen 4 years ago. The microwave had a switch stop working for the door causing us to have to have someone replace it because the turntable kept spinning when the door was open and the machine was off. A few months later, the microwave quit working. Due to cabinet size, we had to order the same one. Two years later, it stopped heating. Paid $250 to fix it. A couple of months later, the switch broke and the turn table keeps turning. This morning, two days after the turntable issue came up, it stopped heating AGAIN. Oh and the led on our display panel isn’t fully lighting up.

Just what we needed for a little cabinet. So far it works great, and I was able to install by myself. Definitely order the trim kit as well.

My wife and I were disappointed by this built-in microwave. It was a replacement for a previous unit (a discontinued GE model). That unit lasted 10 years; the new one only lasted 3 years. The repair estimate was $750, so we've decided to buy it again, so that all our appliances match. Also, one of the LED display segments died and the $750 did not include replacing the circuit-board. All in all, a disappointment.

Year three the microwave started breaking down. Display went bad. The display started to lose pixels. Wouldn't heat up food at times. And then completely stopped heating. contacted GE. They said that they can send some one out to fix it but it'll cost a minimum $250.

Didnt last long, just stopped dead with no warning. a bit noisy as it keeps on humming even after the timer is off. Food gets nicely warm though, it was ok while it lasted

very small and do not like the fact that GE changes sizes and models often so you will need to buy new trim kit if you want a new microwave. Why can't sizes be standard.

Multiple issues with this microwave. I had to return it for service at least 4 times. Unfortunately Bestbuy choose to send it out vs order a new one or swap for a different manufacturer. Painful process over the last 4 years.

If you are lucky, this unit is going to to last 2 years from the day that you purchase it. The manufacture knows that in order to keep selling, this item shouldn't last more than that. Nobody told me, I experienced myself, I gave a very gently use to my unit, no children, only two adults, and it lasted two years.

Failed three months after the three-year protection plan ended. Best Buy charges $85 to ship it to a service center for repair, plus parts and labor. Oh, and it's estimated three to four weeks to get it back.
