Avoid at all costs!

If the microwave will not come on at all, you may want to make sure a fuse didn’t blow or the circuit breaker didn’t trip. You can also try disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes, then plugging it back in – this resets the electrical components and may help resolve the concern. If power is reaching the control panel but the microwave won’t actually start, you may want to try pressing the Cancel/Off option in case another selection has already been entered, or making sure the door is closing securely to allow for the cooking process. Other troubleshooting steps are available in the manual as well, on page 14. If you are not able to resolve the issue, our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737. Information on your one year warranty is available on page 15 of your manual, if you think you may need to take advantage of that. Stopped turning on after 4 months

Do Not Buy - Had 2 and both terrible

It smoked and overheated causing itself to power off. Got a replacement unit and at first use the fan made a terrible sound everything you turned it on. I returned it for a refund. Do not buy this microwave.

Poor Quality Product

Every time I heat milk in it, the milk spills over from the cup. But, the milk at the bottom of the cup is cold. The only reason I am giving it a 1 star is because I cannot give a zero star.

When heating milk in the microwave, we recommend heating slowly at increments of about 15 seconds at a time. This will help the milk heat evenly and keep it from over bubbling.
