DEFECTIVE

Not a good microwave

If the exterior of the unit is getting hot to the touch, we recommend making sure the proper air clearances are met. Nothing should be kept on top of the unit as 3" clearances are required on top and sides of the unit. One inch in the rear is also necessary to allow for proper air flow. Power failure

We know how upsetting this must be to deal with. When the microwave will run but not actually heat, we recommend making sure the ‘Timer’ function wasn’t used accidentally, and ensuring the door is able to close securely; we advise opening and closing it firmly to make sure the safety mechanisms engage.
