Great product for the price. Easy programmable cook times. I especially like the smudge-proof surface and that the timer is not obnoxiously loud. Plenty of space for bigger meals.

I did a lot of research before I chose this GE microwave. It was a perfect fit for what I was looking for in regards to cu. ft,, turntable size, exterior dimensions and cooking features. This unit did not come in black, so I decided to try the black stainless. I was not disappointed- looks so nice. The microwave works perfectly. I am VERY happy with my purchase. Best Buy had the best selection of options available and reasonable prices. The shipping was free and SUPER fast!!

Sheet metal is flimsy and it sounds like an empty metal drum whenever you open and close the door. Feet don’t have rubber on them so it slides all over the place when you try to open the door or push buttons. Good size, simple function, seems to do its job. Turntable started making a rapid ticking/tapping noise on the third use. Still seems to function fine, but the noise is irritating. I bought this to replace my 9 year old 0.7cf GE microwave that died because it was run without anything in it. It was as basic as microwaves get, yet the build quality feels substantially better than this brand new GE. I’ll be returning this ASAP and looking into other brands.

Very efficient and quiet it fits perfectly in small space allowed. Not bulky. The features are very updated and less buttons to push to get the cooking time you need

Heats really well. Fairly simple to operate and I like the sensor cooking feature.

It is a good size. Its over the 1100 watts recommended for many frozen meals. It does not have a handle to get in the way. It was a good price. I do find the buttons hard to press, though that may be because it is positioned over to the side, not straight in front of me.

We've had one of these for three years. Then the turntable cracked. Looked up the cost of a replacement turntable ($150--ridiculous) so spent an extra ten bucks and bought a whole new microwave which went into storage after we robbed the package of the turntable. So if the old microwave dies of any cause other than another cracked turntable we have a "spare" ready to go.

Purchased to replace failed 9 yr. old under cabinetry counter top model. It met requirements of size, controls, performance, and I added the Best Buy extended warranty.

We have been using this for over a month and are very happy with it. It heats quickly (perhaps we were used to the old one that took much longer to heat), the buttons are everything we need, and it looks great in our kitchen. Perhaps the only negative would be that it shows fingerprints more than our white microwave, but a quick wipe with a dishcloth doesn't make that a deal-breaker for me. We are happy with it and Best Buy shipped quickly.

Good size. Fast on heating food. The only downside is that it is not stainless steel on the inside.

I have had 3 GE microwaves over the years and found them dependable. This microwave replaced the same one I bought about 7 years ago. I like the stronger wattage than others it’s size. It has all the features I’ve been used to such as Add 30 seconds, Sensor and and Express cook. I didn’t have to relearn all this. And it’s a perfect fit on my small counter along my stove. Plus, the price was great as I bought it during the Presidents Sale!!

This GE microwave (countertop) is a great value. We bought an entire kitchen of Slade Gray GE appliances and later decided to buy a countertop micro - searched and searched and only found the over the stove type until finding what I actually needed at Best Buy. It does everything we need with efficiency and no fuss or muss. Based on my experience, I recommend this microwave to others.

Dimensions weren't accurate but the product performs well. Never had a microwave in which the door habitually fogs over, though I am told that is common now. Rated 50 watts more than my current model but heats much, much faster.

When this thing first started up, the noise it made scared me, my wife, and our dogs. I legitimately thought it was going to explode or something. Along with the noise, the whole unit kind of vibrates. It turns out that this only lasts a few seconds at the beginning every time you use it. After the initial jump scare, it settles in and is pretty quiet for the rest of the cooking cycle. If you don’t count the first few seconds, it may be the quietest microwave I’ve owned. But, holy smokes, those first few seconds are rough. On the plus side, it never has actually exploded. Yet.

I have had this microwave for about 9 months or so. Manufacture date was May of 2022... Works well, buttons are easy to push. The stainless finish is not smudge hardly at all and when it does it wipes off easily with just water and a washcloth or hand towel... no special cleaners needed to keep it looking nice. 3 months ago we bought a new GE refrigerator and the stainless finish matched up well... Given the price on this unit I have not complaints... At this time I'll give it 4 stars for quality. I just hope it lasts quite a while. Both previous microwaves a JC Penney brand and Panasonic lasted over 20 years each. Durability counts heavily in my book. GE don't let me down!
