So far so good. Exactly what we were looking for especially the cycle complete reminder.

I purchased this microwave just over 18 mos. In the last 3 months we noticed that the microwave would just stop working. Then just last week it started to Spark. We immediately unplugged the mic. Made calls to GE and got very little help. Fortunately the operator told us the the mic was under return to vender (RTV). Then gave us a 866 # that did not help at all!! We loved the style and size but after dying in only 18 mos. We would NOT recommended this Microwave. Heading to BB to see if they will stand behind there name. Will update.

Best buy uses stupid delivery services like Roadie and has lack of communication among their employees. If I had not contacted Worst Buy myself then I never would have recieved the microwave, as far as their system was concerned it was delivered when it never left the store. A week went by with no emails, texts or communication at all. Use caution shopping with this company. Keep your 400 dollar gift card chumps.

So far, so good. Wish the guide bar on front, would light up when it use, especially at night. It's a little difficult to see.

Have had less than a month, but so far it works fine. Some buttons are in a different location than we were used to, but performance the same. Glad it has the 30 second button like our old one.

Had to get a new one @ July 2023. Would continue to run even after the door was open.

Great looking microwave, but height dimension is not correct. I have 13 inches available and this microwave is actually 13 inches tall instead of state 12 7/8. The box even said it was 12 13/16 and is inaccurate. It will not fit and now I have to return it. GE needs to provide an accurate measurement!

Great microwave for the price. Slides around a little bit in the pantry cabinet where we are using it. Some rubber feet or pads would address.

Item showed up on time and package wasn't damaged at all. Have yet to use it as it's a gift but i don't have any doubts it'll perform just fine

So far so good,fit in my custom cabinet meant for a kitchen aid micro that didn't last and was much cheaper

Looks great, lots of functions, high power. We mounted the oven as a builtin using the existing frame of a previous oven with customizaiton.

No problem so far. We like it. We just needed time to get used to the buttons placement as they are located differently than our old microwave.

Gets the job done at a reasonable cost. Powerful enough to do a bag of popcorn or re-heat leftovers. No needless bells & whistles that add on to the price.
