It’s a great microwave and came with overnight shipping!

Worked great for two years and three months. Now, occasionally, it goes back on when you hit STOP and close the door. We have to unplug it when we leave the house or go to bed.

Brand new, but so far so good. Now waiting for my custom trim kit to finish it off.

Month old and the front panel buttons are wearing off. No, we don't use the microwave often. Maybe heat up a leftover or cup of water. So its not being used as a work horse or very often.

Fits, works fine. Cooking buttons hard to see.( no lights)

There is no options to change any setting on this microwave. You cannot mute sound and when it beeps to turn food over, you must open door to stop beep and clear display. If you do not, it just keeps beeping and the display says turn food. Just a complete aggravation. I am donating this to charity and getting another brand. Also, the push button to open the door sometimes sticks and it's just a matter of time until it breaks. No more GE. Overpriced garbage.

Purchased 9/2023, stopped working summer 2024. Just wouldnt turn on. Thought I blew a fuse or something. Nope.

The noise it makes when you close the door is insanely loud.

I'm giving it a 2 because thats how many years it lasted before I couldn't take the glitches anymore. After 6 months, it started turning on by itself. In which case, we would open and close the door to stop it. Within the last 2 weeks, it fully powered up whenever the door was open - before entering cook time on the panel. Purchased in March 2019, this lasted for a disappointing less than 2 years. I only wish I'd gotten the warranty (Best Buy didn't pay me to say that). Now I am searching for my microwave in 4 years.

Was great while it lasted but has to replace it less than 2 years later. Will likely avoid this brand in the future.

Bought this microwave when my old one died. Initially on using it there would be a noise like the turntable plate rattling for a second or two. Now that rattling noise, after a month, continues for the full cook cycle. It is loud! My husband thinks it is an issue with the magnetron?? Best Buy won't take it back since it has been over 15 days, I lost or threw out the warranty paperwork. Never needed it before.

Workday great for almost three year's than just stopped heating.

I bought this microwave in August 2018 and it worked just fine for 6 months. Then it broke, GE wouldn't come to look at it and said I needed to take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy said tough luck, it broke after the 14 day window and you didn't buy an insurance plan. No one seems to want to take responsibility for selling a shoddy product. Completely ridiculous. I'll never buy anything from Best Buy or GE again.

This is the perfect microwave if you live in an apartment

Very frustrated with our GE microwave. Suddenly the turn table would go around even when I tried hitting all the shut off buttons. Have to put hand in microwave to pull out what has been heated. Tried hitting stop button in several places but it wouldn't stop. In other words, every time door is open it runs. Will have to get another but not certain it will be a GE although I like Best Buys price.

This was the second one of these models I had in less than 2 weeks. I wanted a reliable unit with exceptional noise ratings so had done considerable research before buying this model. When the first one got hot and shut itself off, the third time in as many days, I returned it to Best Buy and ordered a replacement which arrived 3 days later. I Plugged this second one in and was all ready to warm supper. Set the express cook for 6 minutes. Unit shut off after 5 minutes. Control panel was totally blank. I checked the power cord then my breaker. All was good. About 20 minutes later while eating I heard one beep and looked at the display. PF (Power failure) was shown in the clock area. I reset the clock and when I started the timed cook the next afternoon the same thing happened. I felt the top of the unit and it was too hot to touch, the same as the first one. So on Monday I was calling GE to see how they would like to compensate me for my travel to the store (70 miles away) and back, so I could return this one too. They sent me an e-mail with a control number and when I didn't hear back from them by Friday, I returned this one as well to Best Buy and told them I just want my money back. They refunded me with no question..I have since gone to my local Wal Mart and purchased another brand which will do as far as the noise.

Did fine until a tiny plastic part in the door latch assembly broke. There is no replacement part for it. Infact, the only parts that can be replaced on this model are the three turntable parts. That's $ down the drain. Not buying GE appliances at Best Buy again. Absolute rubbish.

Bought this microwave to replace my old one who stopped working. I had been happy with it till it stopping working 8 months into owning it. It should of lasted more than 8 months.
