    Have had three GE microwave ovens, the prior two were "Profile", and this one is not, yet this one meets its purpose and it's good looking.

    Pros: The microwave heats well and is easy to use with a30 second button and easy cook 1-6 minute functions. Defrosts well. Cons: loud fan. No lights for button text

    Great microwave to replace over the range in apt style home. Well worth the price that was charged. Checked competitors and Best Buy offered the best value for this unit.

    Very flimsy sheet metal works. None of the provided screws can make the provided hood adapter tied and secure. I purchased this 9th generation to replace my 5th generation with. None of the mounting brackets and holes matches existing. I ended up to make more holes adjacent to the existing ones on the cabinets and the wall, which ended up to make big holes, and using washers to hang the new microwave. So frustrating. I don't understand why GE made it so difficult to the their loyal customers.

    hard to navigate icons if you add more time after meal is heated to warm up you have to open the door then shut it so that you can do the cook time if you do not do this procedure it will beep to alert you your dish is ready even though you need to heat it up again sales rep said the mounting holes my old ge microwave used would line up with the newer model-WRONG had to drill new holes to hang this unit
