I love this microwave. It works great. No complaint.

This unit replaces one which burned out. It fit into the space beautifully. It is very simple to operate. The fan system is superb and the underside light (which overlooks the oven range below) is just awesome. On top of it all the price was right!

My first exact same model lasted 18 months. There was a short in the electronics that would make it periodically shut on and off. It’s got a decent aesthetic look to it but the build quality is far from being good. I tried it a second time around so far it’s lasted three months. Only reason why I bought it again is because I didn’t feel like changing out the plate on the back. Sad that companies don’t warranty their products for longer than you get them out the door anymore. I’d say purchased this at your own risk.

Love our New GE Over-the-Range Microwave oven! The Stainless Steel and Black fit into our kitchen perfectly! Used multiple times a day for reheating, and do a lot of cooking in it too. Miles, the Installer, was fast, friendly, very neat, and professional! Thank you Best Buy!

Would have liked to have the numbers and letters illuminated

Standard microwave. Customer service, however, told me it would definitely fit into the same brackets as the older model it was replacing. It does NOT. Had to remove old brackets, reinstall new ones. Cost more money than anticipated.

It fit the spot and generally looked like the old GE but the construction felt much flimsier and the alignment of the door to the cabinet of the microwave was not quite right.

This microwave is really efficient and easy to use.

I like the looks of this microwave. I would like for the interior light to be on more. I don't like that it dosen't have a middle shelf like previous ones I have had. Your sales staff couldn't have been nicer...even the greeter. I will definitely give you more business. Gloria D.Perkins

It really works well and I love the way it matches my GE refrigerator.

When my wife and I first realized we needed a new micro wave, we decided to buy another GE since we had good service from the old one. We were not disappointed. It has worked flawlessly, and other than a slight learning curve to learn the new buttons, we have put it to good use. Best Buy had the one I chose in inventory and I haven't regretted the purchase.
