Does everything I want it to do. It heats food with minimal fuss.

Not good at even circulating air. But otherwise, it’s an ok microwave. It does what we want, and looks clean!

First one came dented in the box, but second one was fine. Number pad is easy to read with large font. It is a tad loud.

Purchased to match GE range purchased from BB. Works Perfectly so far. Knew which microwave I wanted...quick purchase, easy, great help. GS Andrew installed in less than 30 mins ..knew what he was doing.

I like the microwave looks nice works good. The first microwave I got was damaged had to come back to replace. It was replaced in a couple of weeks. No problems after that.

This unit works wonderfully for us as we primarily heat and re-heat. We do not use it to cook so the basic features were what we were looking for

It’s nice replacement for your existing over the range microwave. I wish the fan can be more powerful for exhausting while you cook.

They included the wrong template for drilling holes into the cabinet bottom. So i had to carefully measure and drill a second set. Price was good.

The microwave works well. The greatest challenge was that it was the same brand that we had before but the wall support had different holes which made it difficult to install.

So far so great...better than the LG i had before...smaller turn table though.

Works well and fit the space. Only downside is fingerprints. You have to clean it all the time.

This microwave looks great and works really well so far. We've only had it for a few weeks..my only complaint is that the stainless steel shows fingerprints and smudges but I think that's the nature of SS appliances.

The last GE microwave we had broke beyond repair after just over 2 years, just past the warranty. Purchased this because it matched our other appliances, but am not thrilled with it. Am hoping it at least lasts beyond the warranty. Best Buy installed. Adequate job but found it odd the service man said he couldn't wipe his fingerprints off the face after he installed it because he didn't have the proper towel.

The oven, fan, timer, stove-top light, cancel/off, start/pause, cook-time, add-30-seconds have all worked well. I haven't yet tried some of the operations/buttons I haven't named.

the microwave looks nice and work fine but our last one (same model, older version) worked better. The popcorn button doesn't work on this one and asks me to input how many ounces the bag is. I finally figured out my bags are 3.29 ounces, and that is not an option for the microwave. They are standard size bags and that should be the default option, like with all other microwaves. Also the table seems to get stuck constantly when its spinning and it makes a bumping noise constantly

People in the store were very helpful and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Felt like they weren’t just pushing the most expensive one but what I needed.

Working good without any problems . Mounting brackets weren’t same as our old similar wave so it took extra time to install.

Does the job and works well. The buttons and closing mechanism seem a little cheap though.

Installers were extremely good and on time. They also provided instructions on how to use the appliance.
