This microwave started to malfunction less than a year after purchase. At first I thought that it might be a poor connection to the electrical outlet. But, it turns out that it seems that the keypad and its circuitry is faulty. The time-of-day and cook settings on the LCD constantly flicker. To replace it, the part alone costs as much as the new microwave oven. Totally disappointed in GE.

I bought the same Microwave five years ago. At the time it felt and looked like a quality product. After five years it all of a sudden stopped working. I replaced it with the exact same model in hopes that they had possibly fixed the issues some of the reviews had talked about. The new one arrived. It seems to me the only things they changed were to cheapen the product. The door feels much lighter and it doesn’t have that quality product feel anymore. It was extremely loud when I first used it and I noticed the vent fan stays on all the time and will not go off. The company put in a service call for someone to come fix it. I’ve been waiting a week and the part has not come in yet. I’m told it will need a whole new panel. Very disappointed that instead of making the product better, they decided to cut corners and cheapen it.

It works great. However the stovetop light is very dim and only shines on one side

was surprised at the difficulty of how to hook up the exhaust fan port to the duct work already in the kitchen, also would recommend that someone with mechanical experience do the install.

Needed a microwave due to old one stopping. Easy to install (wall bracket is already on microwave). Hardest part was making new holes in cabinets due to not lining up with old one. Love how bring the surface light is.

I really like this microwave I like the bright and dim light on the bottom and the vent system.

It works great it fits over my stove so i save on counter space

Many of the new over-range microwaves don't have the one-button timing feature like my old unit did. I love being able to hit #1 for one minute or #3 for three minutes Other than that it's a microwave...it does what it's supposed to do..

I gave this only 4 stars because it is very loud. The fan comes on when in use. I purchased a similar one that wasn’t noisy.

Installed this product myself. The instructions were very clear and precise.

Microwave works as expected; however, noise level when running microwave is a little louder than previous model.

This is a nice microwave. I had to replace mine because it stopped heating up. Was going to fix it, but my mother in love said, no you'll get cancer. So she bought me a new one. It's very nice. Only thing I wish it came with the rack.

Very happy with this microwave. Heats up food extremely quick. Only gripe is the buttons are little hard to press. Guessing it just needs to be broken in. Other than that, looks and performs exactly as expected.

If you are looking for a bisque microwave oven, then your selection will be limited to basic functionality. But this is a fine option. It heats food well - looks good - vents fine at highest speed - two light settings are good.

Best purchase ever made it heats up in 30 seconds most of the food that I have in the fridge

Our prior microwave was also a GE product and lasted a very long time Best Buy has always had a nice selection of product and great customer service the combination of the two made it a simple choice of what to buy and where to buy it

The directions for it from the internet is not clear. Struggling to operate.
