This microwave was a replacement for a previously installed one that "retired." The new oven fit the allotted space perfectly, was easy to install, has convenient features and works like a charm. An excellent microwave at an excellent price.

This microwave was purchased to replace a circa 1980s GE microwave. Had to install the new brackets which seem much thinner than the original. Works way better than the old one and its far lighter and thus easier to install. Cheaper too.

With so many choices it's not easy to decide which one to buy. Fortunately my sales man helped out a lot. So glad he did. This microwave suits my needs perfectly. Easy to use!

Microwave has served my needs. No issues in the month I have had it. I use it daily.

Purchased this to replace similar 12-year old white GE model that was slowly dying (certain number buttons no longer work, lights not working, etc) for my mother-in-law. Better price and in-store pickup here than big box home improvement stores. Although measurements stated were slightly different than previous model, it fit well (had to use new unit’s mounting bracket) . The instructions were not good regarding orientation of exhaust fan, was only complaint. Called GE customer service to clarify the confusing installation instructions (Steps that had already been done by factory and were coded into the model number, so didn’t apply. Helpful information and agent registered the product over the phone).

Exterior is very sleek. Has all the functionality I need. Easy to clean.

Easy to use, heats my food efficiently. Love that you could hit one number and thar will be the amount of minutes.

This microwave replaces an almost identical earlier model. I was told by the BB salesperson that it would be possible to use the suspension brackets from the old oven, that the new over would match up, but in fact it did not and required a great deal more screwing, drilling etc. I would say that this is in fact a difficult DIY and it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. However it did fit the location exactly and looks just like the old one but it actually functions and that is a plus!

It does a good job. It works well . It was a good price.

Really nice microwave. Pretty lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. The only issue I have is the light/nightlight when powered on is really hot. It's so hot, it warms the glass rotating plate inside the unit. Hopefully changing to an led bulb will fix this issue.

My wife and I purchased this microwave to replace our old one, This GE works and looks Great!! We had Best Buy install it and they did such a fantastic job !! And very fast !! Well Done !!

The microwave that was in the house when I bought it prematurely died. That model was no longer available and Best Buy had the best price on the latest model. Ordered with curbside delivery. CSR brought it out and put the box exactly where it was requested -- less than 10 minutes after my arrival.

This item fit perfectly where my old microwave went. I've had it for a few months now, and it's very durable and reliable. I haven't had a single issue. I love the surface light feature, specifically. I can use both lights or just one. Great product.

Microwave works good. All of the features are easy to use. The installation directions are not as clear as they could be. Not user friendly for everyone.

Nice looking microwave for the price. Doesn’t last more than a couple years though. Had to rebuy the same one so we didn’t have to change the brackets again to hang it. Definitely gets used a lot.
