Flawless Purchase and Pickup

The microwave that was in the house when I bought it prematurely died. That model was no longer available and Best Buy had the best price on the latest model. Ordered with curbside delivery. CSR brought it out and put the box exactly where it was requested -- less than 10 minutes after my arrival.

A perfect replacement

My old GE microwave lasted for 25 years. The replacement GE with many updates slid into place quite easily. The two installation men were obviously quite professional and I am grateful for the replacement.

The best price around for this type of microwave. The mounting bracket is a little flimsy and the new holes for upper bracket have changed from the last model.

Great basic over the oven microwave. Works well, has good power. Heats food well. This replaces my old one and it fit right in.

The microwave I ordered JVM3160DFWW was correct on the box, The actual microwave was JVM3160DF9WW. The 9 obviously makes the microwave cheaper as it only has one surface light and the display had 2.

The model number on the microwave itself may include an extra digit, when compared to the model number on the box. This is an engineering digit, and is there in case a technician ever needs to examine the appliance and identify specific manufacturing information. This extra digit does not mean you received the wrong model. If the microwave you received is different than a display you saw and you still believe you received a different unit than what you originally ordered, we recommend contacting Best Buy at 888-237-8289 to address this issue.

This was a floor model. Okay, so it probably wasn't "gently used" but it had never been run, so the time didn't do much to it, other than to get it dusty. Installed it and it worked like a champ!
