Replaced a GE Profile with this less expensive GE option. I thought the installation would be simple swap but the mounting holes and hardware were not exactly the same. Had to drill new holes in cabinet. As far as function it seems to work great. The fan is kind of loud and turns on anytime you hear something which is different from the one I replaced. The touch pad requires a little more pressure than the Profile as well. Otherwise great unit.

It works really well and has various features which are helpful. It has a timer which can be set and still microwave food simultaneously. The feature of alarm is not obnoxiously loud and remainder is just one beep every few seconds. Cleans easily.

Replaced an old over-the-range micro. Best Buy installation service was top-notch. GE microwave was an excellent value. Good quality, good price. Would buy again.

The slate color is amazing! It leaves no finger prints and updates the look of any kitchen. My favorite feature is when you enter the cook time the buttons do not make any noise. It cooks perfectly and looks great!

We replaced a nearly 20-year-old GE unit that died suddenly. This new one is very similar, so it was easy for us to start using. Thankfully, it fit perfectly in the spot, which was a big concern. It doesn’t quite feel like the same quality as our long-lasting old one, but it also doesn’t feel like it's cheap. It does what it's supposed to do and was reasonably priced.

This microwave has been great for us. The bright display panel is clear and easy to read, and the variety of single-touch cook settings on the front are quite handy, whether express cook times or defrost settings. The multi-speed vent fan and the two levels of brightness on the over-the-range light are also useful features. It is also nice to have the rotating tray in the microwave sunken in such that the top is about flush with the inside floor, as even this little bit of added vertical space can make a difference. Overall, a well designed unit that we hope to enjoy for many years to come.

I was kind of forced into choosing this microwave because of COVID shortages but turns out I really like it.

Researched microwaves, wasn’t looking to spend a lot but did look for best quality, and display to match color of other appliances. Thought I covered all bases. Turns out display color wasn't what researched so didn’t program time-it’s bright green, not the blue. Quality is ok. Door tinny sound when open/close, stainless handle is overlay. The handle is plastic. Most disappointing was lighting which is in back. It lights backsplash and back two burners rather than whole cooktop. Fan is quiet and does a good job. Sensors not accurate, but overall not too bad for price. I would recommend investing a little more money for a more quality microwave.

This microwave was exactly what I was looking for. I b am using it several times a day.

This Microwave has a sensor inside and when you select a system setting ( e.g. Beverage) it can tell when the beverage you put in is warmed ( regardless of size). Neat feature!

Last GE lasted only 5 years but bought lowest quality one thinking there all the same. Moved up a little on this model. Door works better than last one and a little quieter. Hopefully last longer. Another reason I went with GE is for simple install to match old one, but they had to drill new holes.

Great microwave and easy to use. It does a good job venting.

Good temperature for foods Bad,the door has to be pushed hard to close properly Bad ,doesn't have a minus minutes access like my old one.

Pleased to get it, and it's operating well - however - I'm generally disappointed in the general lack of substance in most major appliances these days. It's exactly what I was looking for, but overall - it feels rather 'tinny.'

Great microwave. Problem with install as I bought this one to replace a 10 year old GE microwave. Reviewers told me it used the same install system as the older version. Not true. I had to remove the old installation bracket and reinstall a new one. Added about 1.5 hours to the project. I was not a happy camper about the change as I bought this microwave specifically so I would not have to install a new plate.

Bought this microwave to replace another GE model a year older that didn't last. This one is a definite upgrade with more features and nicer overall build despite being similar in price. I do like that I can turn the volume down and that the automatic sensing functions seem to work well so far. The real test will be to see if it can last longer than 18 months. The only reason I bought another GE was to keep it matching my range.

This microwave is a great upgrade the replaced our old GE. We had a long delivery delay, but well worth it
