Works perfectly right out of the box. Easy installation

Nice microwave, but we are having trouble with the door--the light stays on & sounds like it is running until we giggle the door until it quits. We will be contacting customer service.

Replacement for previous GE microwave that stopped working after 15 years. Same specifications and slightly more complex features. Much quieter. Only negative for me is the LED display is quite bright and can't be dimmed. Easy to install, I did it on my own, but may need two people to lift it into place while doing up screws in cabinet above. Instruction manual a little generic.

Installation is completely standard, so no surprises there. It looks good and works just like a microwave should. I didn't think I was going to like keypad layout, but I bought it anyway because it was the biggest internal size that would fit our opening. However, turns out we all love the new keypad design. It is very user friendly and makes for a much more intuitive experience. I like this unit and would recommend.

I bought this as a replacement for an existing g.e. microwave with sensor cooking. I liked the one that was in the home I bought but it stopped working shortly after we moved in so when we went to best buy we wanted something similar to what we had. I'm still very satisfied with the brand and the features. My popcorn has never popped so perfectly and my food is warmed up more evenly than with other brands.

This is a good, basic microwave with clean lines visually. If you need a microwave that performs the basic functions well, this does the trick. I do wish that the touch screen was a bit more sensitive because I sometimes have to press a key a couple of times.

I haven't used some of the features on the microwave, but the ones I have work great.

Overall it works fine, It make a loud start up noise for some reason and I think I may take it back. Quality of the door, buttons etc. seems to be cheap China. I replaced this with an Advanteum model and it was much better.

Easy to use and clean. The design is practical and smart.

Looks great was was easy to install. However, in the first two weeks or so, the magnetron was extremely loud and the fans were almost silent. It wasn't until the fans seem to get some use that the noises started to sort of balance out. The microwave itself is powerful and the premade setting do come in handy.

fit in the spot where the old unit was installed my wife was very impressed with young lady who installed it locally.

When our 14 year-old GE microwave oven died recently, I researched which model would be compatible and where the best deal was. I found that Best Buy had the product I wanted in the finish that fit our kitchen. Best Buy had an attractive price. I ordered it on-line, and it was delivered to the store at no charge. When I picked it up, the staff were very helpful in bringing it to my car and helping me load it. Kudos to Best Buy.

After trying to get microwave delivered for a month, I finally had to pick it up. I am pleased with this. I like the melt feature, the sensor fan that cuts on automatically. I had my previous microwave for 16 years. I picked a really good one. Best friend has one identical in her new house!

Has tons of options. Heats well & looks really nice.

This replaced a similar GE model that was 11 years old in which the electrical push button panel failed. We were able to use the same mounting bracket for the new model, which was what we hoped for as well. The microwave works well. We wish the surface light had a timer feature like our old one. That's the only feature we miss, otherwise it is as expected. We hope this one lasts another 10+years!
