We just received this yesterday! it is so easy to use! The clock is like a night light! Love it!

This is a nice microwave, visually very pleasing, large interior heating space and offers a wide range of heating options.

Great quality microwave that is easy to use and easy to install. The melt function is nice for baking when using butter. It is on the more powerful side so cooking times and/or powers may need to be adjusted.

Replacing a 12 yr old GE Profile 1100w over-range microwave with a perfect fit--the Best Buy installer was top notch! No doubt he made the fit work w/ his vast experience as cabinetry was a little too perfect despite measurements conveying otherwise on both BB specs & GE specs. 100w less s/b no noticeable heating time difference yet debatable. Dark inside hides food spills...+/- depending on your cleanliness concerns.

Does the job well. I like the dark interior. As it makes the machine appear a little more upscale.

Ordered this microwave in October of 2024 and it stopped working by July of 2025. I have gone through GE for the manufacturer warranty. Their contracted technicians have come and gone with parts being ordered multiple times. It is now December 2025 and the microwave is still not fixed. Today I was called to reschedule my fourth service appointment because parts will not be available until January 2026. There is no straight forward process to push through a full replacement because it's not covered under their warranty.

Nice color, had the requirements we wanted, price was right, works great

This was an upgrade to the unit in the home originally. Love the color, but it does show fingerprints more than the old one did. The automatic venting was a shock the first time it activated. Overall, very happy with the unit.

Fast delivery and install. Rep that handled was professional and an excellent installer. He was timely and certainly knew what he was doing. Very pleasant to deal with.

Not a fan of the inside color which looks like the inside of the oven and also seems to not be very sound or sturdy when opening and closing door. Sounds cheap not solid.like the one I replaced. Functional but needs attention in the mfg department. Also the most used buttons should be located in easier spot instead if in middle of panel.

Have only had about a month. Installation went fine and it works well.

This microwave has everything I was looking for, and was on sale at Best Buy when my old microwave broke, so I am happy with my purchase. I have only had a couple days to use it but so far it’s great, and looks great too.

Although it has not been used very much at this point, I do like the lok and ease of use. Only big dislike at this time, is that the fan noise level is quite high. It is very loud and makes it almost impossible to carry on a conversation when it's on.

I’ve always had ge microwaves because they had the 30 second button you could select. Love the finish on this one and still working great!

The microwave matches the GE slide in stove that I purchased perfectly. It is functional & easy to operate.

This was a satisfying purchase in every sense of the experience. All the features arrived as advertised by the salesman in the Best Buy store. The black slate color works well with the kitchen appliances which are black. The tech team who installed the microwave were on time, courteous , knowledgeable and helpful with the set up. I am a very satisfied Best Buy customer.
