Sales person sold me the wrong unit. After going over, at length, the space dimensions, microwave it was to replace, all the facts and specs and he got it wrong. Worst of all, the appliance manager at that particular store, Danvers, MA, was totally abrasive, confrontational and totally unprofessional. Never dealt with a total "tool bag" like this guy. Will NEVER purchase another appliance at BB, sorry, brutal experience. To be clear, unit is fine in its performance, just doesn't fit the space appropriately and no one would help remedy the situation.

I think it's fair to grant the microwave 1 star for every successful year of it's life. After a custom cabinet installation this microwave has lasted about 13 months. We are 2 people using it in a house that we spend 4 days a week at - so it's not like it's been overworked. I'm really disappointed in this.

After having a GE microwave for over 20 years this model is working very well. It is powerful and very easy to operate.

Disappointed in the quality. Was also hoping the 4 speed fan would draw from front burners but nope. As others mentioned the door is flimsy and buttons are harder to push. Was not able to find one to look at before I purchased it on sale and missed my return date.

This was to be a replacement for a microwave--using the exact same model number and identifying information as the the first one. Despite the reorder of the same microwave, they were quite different. The worst part was the way in which the unit mounted to the wall and cabinet, as the two mounted in substantially different ways. If this was not to be an exact replacement, I would have rated it higher.

The microwave functions fine. it was one of the few models that came in the "bisque" color to match my other kitchen appliances.

Early review. Don't like- Touch pad is PRESS, way too hard/stupid. Using the timer, only way to cancel is to hit Timer again, Cancel doesn't do it. Volume for timer is at high, can't hear it. Can't adjust brightness of display which is too bright. Halogen surface light instead of LED. The Instant start buttons 1 thru 5 really is instant, a 2 second delay would be nice if you hit wrong button. Good things-I searched to find ones that had a convertible vent fan and you should too in case you want to vent in one of 3 directions, a lot don't have this and vent to duct which I don't have. Preset cook items work okay, haven't used them all yet, only used 2 days so far. The review only lets me pick Yes or No of recommend to submit, I say Maybe but had to choose so I picked Yes.

In spite of assurances that the door opening is zero clearance meaning one could open the microwave door 90 degrees out when mounted hugging the kitchen cabinet's side this could not be done. The unit was taken back by installers. Very disappointed. 60 days of waiting!

This was a complete nightmare! I ordered this machine online after giving the person I worked with the measurements and my lists of "must haves". I ordered the day after Thanksgiving "Black Friday"! I was told it wouldn't be delivered until January. I thought that was an awful long wait... They continued to call me to set up the appointment for installation, when they didnt have the machine??! At the end of Jan. I called to cancel the order to learn they'd had the machine since December 1st. Long story short I was offered a discount which the amount offered wasn't what was given. I have used this company for many years for TV's, Computers, appliances, etc! But I will remind myself next time of the nightmare of this purchase.

Happy with my microwave. Great features. Can't wait to use them all.
