Terrible sound

Took about 1 hour. I did need to rotate the dan blower to the front exhaust. Tried heating 1 cup of water. Horrible rattling noise sounded like a space shuttle launching in my kitchen. I took it down, brought it back. Best Buy in Enfield was wonderful. I now have a whirlpool which is fantastic
