It only lasted four years to the week before shorting out. It seems to be redesigned with an actual turntable that does rotate. It seems to have the same tactile feel and features. We chose it because the template just slipped onto the wall with the old one. You can't beat the price from Best Buy. Maybe I should have gotten Geek Squad since the last one lasted precisely four years.

For the price of this, it's not worth a $100 service call and THEN parts $. I ordered another one just like it which lasted 2 years to the day. Very disappointing. I only purchased the same brand that second time figuring the install would be easier which is was. This 3rd time I said NO and bought an LG model. These OTR unit are all pretty standard as far as size and they often use the exact same mounting hardware which is what I found with GE and LG.

It has sustained three teenagers for the last three years. Not a lot of fingerprints, but grease definitely shows up. In our house meal prepping is the only way we can get by so the microwave gets a lot of use! It recently stopped heating and we are now looking to replace it.
