Bought this to replace another GE microwave that I had for 10 years. Also wanted a GE to match my other appliances, The door seems to have a slight movement up and down, maybe loose but I don’t know and when door is shut, it not quite even with with the panel side. Also it seems that we need to apply extra pressure to the buttons when we need to use it. Disappointed because of the flaws that I have to live with now. Even though I bought this on 7/17/2020, I just got it installed on 8/15/2020, because I was waiting for the right time to allow someone in the house due to the pandemic. Me waiting to get it installed put me past the return period at Bestbuy, otherwise I would have exchanged for another one hoping that this one is just defective because I was hoping that I won’t have to replace it for another 10 years just like my previous one.

Very nice upgrade from my 20 year old GE microwave. Features are similar, which I like. Has a new steam cleaning feature too which is nice. So far, I like everything about this new microwave

When operating it makes a lot of noise and occasionally will vibrate. Otherwise great microwave.

At first buying the microwave site unseen made me nervous. The last time we did, we chose a brand that starts with an S but hasn't sung very well. They should have stayed making electronics, but we were running on borrowed time. We got the black slate. Very pleased with it's presentation. This color selection on this microwave has very classic presentation. It’s quiet and heats the food evenly. Would definitely recommend this microwave.

Good snd reliable easy to clean. Made some changedto magentron compartment compared to previous editions

My husband bought this for me to replace a 26 yr old Kenmore. I love the features on this. The steam clean is what I hope to use more of in the future. It does have a dark interior but it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I like the recessed full plate.

Nearly 2 Cu Ft and fits in the same space as my older smaller unit. Pairs well with the GE SS Gas Range.

This microwave looks great and works great too. I wasn't sure about the stainless black, but it's a nice change from stainless steel and the typical black. Modern touch. Works perfectly too.

I was replacing another ge microwave. It was 11 years old (got it at besy buy way back then) i ordered the new one just a week and a half before Christmas and it actually came a day early ! Great communications and we were able to pick it up ! Thank you ! This model is great and has a big interior !! Matches the rest of my appliances ! I love GE

This was a replacement of our previous GE that failed after 10 years. The installers were on time and also connected it to outside exhaust which was awesome.

It is working very great. I have not had any problems with it since the past one month I got it.

Love the look of this microwave. The melt feature is great, with different options of what is being melted. Tested the reheat and when we used this feature it didn't overheat our food and cause it to splatter in the microwave. Wish the buttons had a light feature that didn't require us to turn on the light in the kitchen. But don't know if any microwave does that.
