Faulty microwave with worse GE customer service

I have gone through GE for the manufacturer warranty. Their contracted technicians have come and gone with parts being ordered multiple times. It is now December 2025 and the microwave is still not fixed. Today I was called to reschedule my fourth service appointment because parts will not be available until January 2026. There is no straight forward process to push through a full replacement because it's not covered under their warranty.

Love the melt and defrost features. Very effective. Fits right in with my kitchen. One thing I didn’t know until installing this item. Dimensions on the top and bottom are different.

No doubt he made the fit work w/ his vast experience as cabinetry was a little too perfect despite measurements conveying otherwise on both BB specs & GE specs. 100w less s/b no noticeable heating time difference yet debatable. Dark inside hides food spills...+/- depending on your cleanliness concerns.
