    EXCELLENT SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE SELLING THIS. PERSON THAT HELPED LOAD IT MADE IT OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS FRUSTRATED THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RAMP INTO THE BACK OF MY PICK-UP TRUCK. NOBODY EVER MENTIONED THAT I NEEDED ONE.

    a bit pricey for a drawer, but you won't need to bend down for laundries. the product is great, but seems BB staff don't know how to install it. they were literally brain storming when attaching washer on this.
