The installers didn't level the washer pedestal correctly, so I had to call them back out to level it. The washer, when on the pedestal, is SUPER HEAVY and difficult to move. Make sure the final place is even w/ the dryer and how you want it before the installers leave for sure!

New GE profile washer...top of the line model, not so good...clothes continue to come out wrinkled, and the gas dryer doesn't dry as well...leaves clothing damp, regardless of increasing to "more dry"

Purchased washer dryer as well in July set still not completed by middle of September, I returned all items

So it no longer looks new...but works well. Make sure you have it ALL delivered at the same time so MAYBE it can be PROPERLY Installed all at once. DO NOT Have Them Deliver the washer and then the drawer & make sure they lay it on a blanket when they do the work. Bought on 12/19/2020 Drawer after 3 visits/ attached to Washer completed..... Scratches and all Jan 28,2021.
