Posted .We don't recommend the pedestal GFP1528PTDS for use with the UltraFast Combo because of the overall height and weight of the product. Only the riser GFR0728PTDS is approved for use with the Combo.

Additionally, the pedestals attached to the washer and dryer made both machines too tall. Having wall cabinets above the machines can be a problem.

Been over a month, 3 appointments scheduled for redelivery, Best Buy just cancels with no notice after I have taken the day off work. Still hasn't shown up!

I contacted the store via phone and I was I was transferred to customer assistance on three separate calls. Since the item was ordered on line, customer service could not help me. Every time I called the store I was transferred to customer service outside the store. The forth time I called an agent took my information and sent it to the store advising them to contact me. I was told that I would be contacted that day. I did not received a call from the store. I am very disappointed in Best Buy. I would not order anything else from the store due to really bad customer service.

It lifts both units to a level where I do not need to reach down as much to grab clothes. My back appreciates this immensely!
