PERSON THAT HELPED LOAD IT MADE IT OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS FRUSTRATED THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RAMP INTO THE BACK OF MY PICK-UP TRUCK. NOBODY EVER MENTIONED THAT I NEEDED ONE.
