Look good but poorly made.

After installing them, the washer and dryer vibrated so much that the noise was unbearable. I had to purchase some rubber anti-vibration pads to fix the issue. Now one of the units makes a metallic noise when you open it. It only happens when you have a gallon bottle of laundry detergent stored in it which is the purpose of these things. Come on GE.

Installers came and did not want to install because their paperwork told them they were installing a washer and dryer not the drawers. It took a very long time and they could not get the washing machine level. Now I have to call a third-party to come in and take care of the problem. It took three appointments and I’m now working on my fourth.

The washer one works great the other one has an issue with the drawer not sliding out correctly. It appears to be a manufacturing issue. Best Buy sent out another unit and it had the same problem. We are currently waiting for the third try…….
