Sales guy and manager said no. I cant beleive that thing has exposed bare metal and several small holes on front bottom and they expect someone to keep it?

If the refrigerator is new, sometimes it takes a few weeks for the gaskets to properly seat to your door frame. Then every time the motor came on it was so noisy you could here it on other side of house. I called BestBuy and they did not have GE repairman to send out. They told me to call GE. I did. The person that took call said this was normal.

However, this refrigerator has reversible hinges so they can be changed. The instructions for doing so are in the Installation Instructions. I hope this helps!
