Sabbath mode not working correctly

The mode turned on easily, as described in the manual, but I couldn't turn it off. I actually retuned the fridge to Best Buy, and they sent a new one. Same problem. Sabbat mode turns on as it should, but cannot be turned off. Eventually, after 4 days it turns off by itself, but the method for turning if off, as described in the manual, doesn't work. Very disappointing. I am not going to return the fridge again, because I need it, but it doesn't operate as it should.

Freezer heats up to 60° once a week

This problem started about 2 weeks after delivery and hasn’t stopped since. I’ve had 2 Geek Squad repair appointments and some parts have been replaced. I've spoken with two store managers and gotten no resolution. With each repair appointment, I lose time and money (missed work and wasted food). We shouldn’t be troubleshooting a brand new refrigerator. It’s obviously a lemon and it should be replaced! It’s a very basic model, it’s loud and it runs every half hour. I could live with all that if the freezer worked. I’m not asking for the moon here.
