The manual recommends setting the temperature dial at 3 (out of 5), however it had to be set to a 4 to ensure the temperatures went low enough, even with the fridge being empty. In this state, the main fridge compartment stays in the 35 to 40F zone which is great. However the freezer is all over the place! It dances around anywhere from -5 to 18 degrees! That is not a typo. In the ten days I've owned it, I've seen it go to 18F twice now. A freezer is supposed to be a 0F to keep foods at a safe temperature. This is unacceptable.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the worst service i have ever received from any company in my life. i paid fifty dollars to have the doors changed. your crew did that completely wrong. they screwed one screw sideways instead of the way it should have been done. they did not tell us they did it wrong but we noticed it before they lift. that mistake made the entire fridge unusable. we contacted best buy the next day to pick the fridge up since we would not use it but was charged a restocking fee which i should not have been charged since the crew did the work wrong. i have no intension of ever doing any business with best buy again

The poor look from the outside that send me doubt that the shelves and door container are correct for the frig. I ask the tech to put it together to make sure it all fit but they refuse to do it. very disappointed.
