This was the perfect apartment fridge but it stopped working 4 days after we got it. It stopped cooling. our newly purchased groceries ($300 worth) rotten. The service people were only available 5 days out. Ridiculous!

Best Buy is terrible with their delivery plans they kept postponing deliver and then tried to schedule another month out. I will never purchase an item fro best buy that utilizes their delivery

Purchased a Fridge, had to wait a while for it to come in and that is expected in these times. Month or so later got a e-mail on Sunday that they would be delivering on Wednesday. Called Tuesday told me they would be there between 8:00 AM and 12. Take day off of work vacation, get up clean out fridge and move it out of the way. 9AM they call and tell me they don"t have and don'y know when they will. Offered me a 50 dollar gift card as compensation. A Joke. The people working there are great, the corporation is not a business I will be patronizing again. Good Riddance Robert

This was the only one available for quick delivery. I needed one to replace an old one that had a bad compressor. Way too small for two adults

Crap. We bought it’s 4/23/21 and the magnet on the freezer door doesn’t keep it shut. And the food that we put in the rear of the fridge freezes over.

If you live in an extremely hot, humid area or are experiencing a heat wave where you live, the run time may approach 100%. For refrigerators and freezers to maintain the proper temperature, the compressor will run much of the time. Refrigerators and freezers have compressors that are designed to run 80% to 90% of the time. This makes them more energy efficient because the greatest amount of energy is used when the compressor cycles on as opposed to when the compressor is actually running.
