Excellent microwave. It has that very intuitive and easy to use well thought out interface making defrosting, cooking, warming, potatoes, popcorn, etc. a breeze. This unit is slightly larger on the inside and ups the wattage as well for more heating power. Finally, it looks great in black!

Very reliable microwave. Has a long shelf life too! It's perfect for our office cafe and very reliable.

Very nice microwave. It works well but shows fingerprints on the place to open the door. It has similar features to out previous one but buttons are not as easy to read. Like the reheat button, very similar to the unit we replaced, which was about 30 years old. The beverage button makes coffee too hot to drink and even hard to touch. Overall we like this unit.

Very happy with this purchase. Just the perfect size for my family of four. Plenty of heating options.

Have only had for a few weeks, but works great, attractive front and I especially like how the back has a curved wall in the corners which makes it much easier to clean. Great idea. Easy to cancel the lock on the door with the button on the side if you do not need it. Easy panel choices, has everything I need.

This microwave is big and easy-to-use. This is the third one I have had of this exact same model - just a different color. I will continue to buy this exact same model because of its large size and ease of use.

Solid performance from this microwave. Many features (but we don’t use most). Big on the inside.

works great, the sensor cooking features are nice. one button start is nice. the stainless steel goes nice with the other appliances we have and we are happy with the performance so far. It is a bit more powerful than our previous microwave so that's nice also.

I've had other GE appliance which did very well in the past. This GE microwave is large and looks great. Only time will tell how it will do.

The reviews I read for this machine were generally very good, the only negatives seemed to be related to longevity. I purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty for that purpose in case of failures "down the road." In our case, out of the box, the microwave was extremely noisy... hum and vibration far louder than any machine we previously owned. We gave it a day or two to see if it just needed "breaking in" but it continued to make noise. It heated well and evenly, and operationally seemed to be fine, but the magnetron noise was too much. Since there were problems right out of the box, not "down the road," we returned it. Best Buy handled the return expeditiously and efficiently.

Ordered this GE microwave to replace a built in that stopped working. Love the size of the microwave and all the features available for easy and fast microwaving. The 30Sec button is very convenient.

Purchased to replace a Sharp. Beautifully, LARGE microwave with features that I'm still getting used to but i love it. It matches my other GE SS appliances.

Got this microwave from a recommendation of a customer service rep. It replaces a less than one year old microwave that did not work properly. So far, this one works great.

Good size was not as user friendly for first day but better now and a lot less sound when cooking.
