It broke down on August 25th, less than two weeks after purchase. As a Best Buy Total member, I pay nearly $200 annually and believed I had up to 24 months of product protection. When I reached out to customer care, the experience was a complete nightmare. The representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, and I had to speak to five different agents with hours of frustrating back and forth despite my membership benefits. I feel completely let down by Best Buy's service and regret trusting them with my purchase. Do not fall for this trap! If you're considering buying from them, think twice about their so-called protection plans and customer service.

We shall see how long it lasts .. hopefully no repairs ever!! Installer bent the dryer vent I paid for and broke it now I need a new one sent With another installer. Put that on my to do list!

It actually does a great job washing and drying. It has a small footprint, and is very good.

Best buy has been slow on the uptake and their installers seem outsourced and ill informed. It could be a bad product, or could be uninformed seller, but I wish there was someone at Best Buy to take charge of a solution. Installers trashed adjacent rugs

I have contacted Best Buy to have an installer come out to level the washer/dryer. This should have been on his check list. I could see how unlevel the machines are and rechecked it with level. I have to wait until Feb 8 to get someone to come back out to finish installation.

Plastic Handle Poor design shame on GE
