Never buy GE appliances

It took 3 weeks to get the first repair tech out to say he needed to order a part. That was another month waiting for appointment after part came. Then on the day of the appointment the tech called ahead and when I did not answer he moved on and would not come back. I called GE and that is their policy!!!! They do not even come to the house and knock on the door. So now it will be another 2 weeks before they come out and I’d better answer the phone. This is ridiculous

This wasn’t Best Buy’s fault. I won’t go through all the steps and false suggestions, but the final outcome was perfect. But for Best Buy and its support policies I would have been in a world of hurt.

We shall see how long it lasts .. hopefully no repairs ever!! Installer bent the dryer vent I paid for and broke it now I need a new one sent With another installer. Put that on my to do list!

It actually does a great job washing and drying. It has a small footprint, and is very good.

Best buy has been slow on the uptake and their installers seem outsourced and ill informed. It could be a bad product, or could be uninformed seller, but I wish there was someone at Best Buy to take charge of a solution. Installers trashed adjacent rugs

I have contacted Best Buy to have an installer come out to level the washer/dryer. This should have been on his check list. I could see how unlevel the machines are and rechecked it with level. I have to wait until Feb 8 to get someone to come back out to finish installation.
