Remodeled apts and bought three. Tenants love the washer dryer. Perfect size.

Unfortunately because of the space we have available and the fact that we have to use a gas dryer, this is the only available option to us otherwise I would never buy this again. It took three delivery and installations to get one that worked.. the igniter on all of them didn’t work from the beginning. Our original that we had only worked for about eight years before it completely broke down. This thing is a piece of crap..

Have only had this product for three weeks but it works well and is what it was advertised. Sale and delivery Service was good

so far it is working great. only had it for a month, will review in a few months.

Washer dryer combo fits perfectly in our laundry area. Our experience picking it up at Best Buy was fast and easy. The only thing that I was surprised about was that it was smaller than I imagined.

It took forever to finally get to this model. This wasn’t Best Buy’s fault. I won’t go through all the steps and false suggestions, but the final outcome was perfect. But for Best Buy and its support policies I would have been in a world of hurt.

Space saving washer and dryer, compact light weight and installed it in under 15 minutes.

Just at 1 year the heating element went out. It took 3 weeks to get the first repair tech out to say he needed to order a part. That was another month waiting for appointment after part came. Then on the day of the appointment the tech called ahead and when I did not answer he moved on and would not come back. I called GE and that is their policy!!!! They do not even come to the house and knock on the door. So now it will be another 2 weeks before they come out and I’d better answer the phone. This is ridiculous

Delivered, installed, the dryer doesnt heat. GE tech came out and diagnosed it needs two main parts replaced. Parts wont be available for installation for three weeks.

Perfect size for my small condo to placed. I satisfied my new laundry setup.

I needed a stackable that would fit in my tiny closet. And it needed to be gas. Not many options at that size. I’ve had it about 8 months now. No problems, does what I need it to do, but there are not as many wash or dry options as bigger units. I hope it last longer than the previous unit, only 5 years.
