    Does the job. Not really satisfied with browning ability. Seems like every time I toast anything (no matter which level turned to) I have to push the lever down for a second time.

    no insulation between heating element and body. since the body is all metal, the whole body heats up completely and you burn your hands and fingers. My wife had big burns on her fingers.
