    Best size for my small space. Don't need wide slots for bagels. Downside: No matter which slot is used, the bread is not toasted evenly on both sides. When it pops up, I have to turn the bread around and toast again for half amount of time as the original time. Not a big deal, but still a small hassle.

    crumbs be commin' out the bottom all the dang time and there's no tray... seems a bit cheap too. toasts bread as it should though... being that its a toaster. I just have to wipe under it a lot...

    The toaster looks nice but I have to turn it to the darkest setting to get medium toast. Even then, one side is lighter than the other. Seems to me that the priority for a toaster should be to make toast well, not just to look good on the counter.

      We're sorry to hear that your toaster hasn't been working how you would expect and know what a pain this would be. Check the browning setting selected for toasting. Select a lower setting next time if your toast is too dark and a higher setting if your toast is too light. Also check that the Frozen button is not selected.     Does the job. Not really satisfied with browning ability. Seems like every time I toast anything (no matter which level turned to) I have to push the lever down for a second time.
